Terms of service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the ULTIME.Bio service, which lets you create a link page ("bio page") accessible at a personalized address in the form of ultime.bio followed by your handle.
Account
Creating an account requires a valid email address, verified by a code sent to that address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Page address
Some handles are reserved (words tied to the brand, to the application's features, or to infrastructure) and cannot be chosen.
You can change your handle once every 30 days. The old address is not redirected: it becomes immediately available again and may be claimed by another user.
Content and moderation
You remain the owner of the content you publish on your page. By publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of the service.
Illicit, hateful content, content infringing a third party's rights, phishing, or unwanted content is prohibited.
Every link you publish is automatically checked (see our privacy policy). A link found to be dangerous results in the immediate quarantine of the page concerned, taken down from public view while it is reviewed, without prior notice. Anyone can also report a page using the form at ultime.bio/en/report.
We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules.
Free plan and Pro plan
The free plan gives access to one complete bio page, with no limit on blocks. The Pro plan (19 EUR/month incl. tax, or 114 EUR/year incl. tax) adds, among other things, multiple pages, advanced statistics and removal of the ULTIME.Bio mention.
The seller of the Pro plan is SHARINGANG LTD. Payment is processed by our provider Whop, which collects and remits the applicable taxes. The Pro plan is commitment-free: you can cancel at any time from your Whop subscription management portal. The subscription renews automatically at each billing period until it is cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the subscription stays active until then, and your account then returns to the free plan.
Tips (“Buy me a coffee”)
A page owner can add a tip button (“Buy me a coffee”) to their page. A tip is a voluntary payment to the page owner, with nothing in return: no goods, service, file, access or benefit is promised in exchange.
A tip is a donation, not a purchase: none of the page owner’s terms of sale apply to it, and it carries no right of withdrawal.
A tip is not, in itself, a donation to a charity. ULTIME.Bio does not issue tax receipts: a tip only qualifies for a tax deduction if the page owner is an entitled organization, such as some nonprofits, and gives you a tax receipt itself.
The tip is collected by Whop, our payment provider, on behalf of the page owner. The ULTIME.Bio fee applies, as on any payment received on a page.
ULTIME.Bio is not a party to the relationship between the person who sends a tip and the page owner. A refund depends on the page owner’s goodwill and on Whop’s rules.
Service availability
We make every effort to ensure the service's availability, without guaranteeing absolute continuity. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of an incident.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service, nor for content published by users.
Intellectual property
The ULTIME.Bio brand, its logo, and all elements of the service other than content published by users, remain the exclusive property of SHARINGANG LTD.
Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy, accessible from the site footer.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.
Amicable dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first, using the "Write to us" button at the bottom of this page, to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts, under the conditions set out in the next article.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law (the law of England and Wales), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those determined by the jurisdiction rules applicable to consumer disputes.
